At GL.iNet, we stand behind the quality of our networking hardware and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical troubleshooting.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your device to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- 2.Prepare Hardware
Ensure the router or gateway is reset to factory settings and packed securely in its original packaging including all antennas, cables, and power adapters.
- 3.Ship the Item
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item using a trackable courier service to our designated returns center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
